Registration forms and fees are due by September 8, 2008. No on-site contestant registrations will be accepted. Spectator registrations will be available on-site for an increased fee. All cancellations must be made in writing before September 3, 2008 and will be subject to a $40.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after this date. No exceptions.
